Vault Key Glitches When Unlocking the Vault

What happens when the bug occurs? In the first match, unlocking the door sent me floating over the mountains. In the second match, the door would not open. Here's a video with both clips. https://youtu.be/LezAbYscMnM
What should be happening instead? The door should open.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have two users with the vault key try to open the door at the same time. Im not sure why the door was not opening in the second match. Here's a video with both clips. https://youtu.be/LezAbYscMnM
