Hey there. 

I'm afraid that banned accounts are not something we can look into here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to review your account and determine if the ban could be overturned. Please set up a case with them if you haven't already. 

For more info on how to create a case with them check out the EA Help website. The TOS team will review your account and get back to you via email as soon as they can.

  • I’ve been banned for fraud and security as well but what does that even mean ? Like I’ve not done anything suspicious on my account and I just purchased some coins on gw2 and then the next day I get banned , could someone explain ?
