If you haven't already, can you try resetting the password on your EA Account to see if that helps? That can often fix the "invalid account" error message that you've been seeing. For more details on how to reset the password check out the EA Help website. 

If you're still getting the same error message after that please get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. You can find more info on how to create a case with them over at the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook as well.
