@Cro_Pittt If they have good aim and they lasered you it's because they have good aim and they lasered you, not because Low Profile is affecting you in any way shape or form. Mathematically again, it's a bare 1-2 damage increase, in a game where everyone mag-dumps so "it takes one less round to down a low-profile target" does not equate to, "the enemy has fired one less round."
I went ahead and did some calculations, omitting Charge Rifle and Kraber for a total of 22 weapons.
14 weapons saw no change in total rounds needed to down a target at 200 health with or without Low Profile.
8 weapons saw a TTK change at 200 health, with 7 of them being a one round decrease.
11 saw no changes at 225 health.
11 weapons saw a TTK change at 225 health, 9 of which were a one round decrease.
8 weapons saw no changes with or without Low Profile.
R99 the only weapon where Low Profile causes a 2 round decrease for both 200 and 225 health, but it's an R99, everyone magdumps so the two rounds aren't going to be noticeable.
So then I went ahead and did calculations on the TTKs that changed for both 200 and 225 health and listed the total change:
11 TTK 225 N/LP vs. LP:
Havoc: 1.07 / 0.98 (-0.09)
Alternator: 1.31 / 1.31 (No change in TTK AKA NCTTK)
Volt: 1.07 / 0.99 (-0.08)
Spitfire: 1.406 / 1.289 (-0.117)
Lstar: 1.2 / 1.1 (-0.1)
Longbow: 2.79 / 2.09 (-0.7)
RE-45: 1.44 / 1.36 (-0.08)
R301: 1.176 / 1.029 (-0.147)
R99: 1.11 / 1.0 (-0.11)
Flatline: 1.10 / 1.10 (NCTTK)
Hemlok: 1.026 / 0.933 (-0.093)
8 TTK 200 N/LP vs. LP:
G7: 1.25 / 1.25 (NCTTK)
Prowler: 0.975 / 0.90 (-0.075)
Spitfire: 1.289 / 1.17 (-0.119)
P2020: 1.813 / 1.674 (-0.139)
RE-45: 1.28 / 1.20 (-0.08)
R301: 1.029 / 0.955 (-0.074)
R99: 1.00 / 0.888 (-0.12)
Flatline: 1.00 / 0.900 (-0.1)
The only thing actually affected by Low Profile is the Longbow, with a whopping 0.7 second decrease, half a second, something that's actually noticeable. Everything else is bare tenths or even hundredths of a second. It does next to nothing overall. Literally.
Edit: Just in case, the whole point of the math is not to say, "OMG ur bad u play Wraith haha u think LP kills you u garbage haha" but rather:
"Low Profile is a mathematically ineffective "nerf" which does not actually change the overall legend balance. Chalking up that it feels awful to play as or against X character due to Low Profile is not an indication that Low Profile is a working nerf, but rather, an indication that Respawn has not balanced the Legend properly. Calling out Respawn on their crappy balancing (which has been an issue for a while) instead of allowing them to get away with this Low Profile nonsense is more beneficial to the games overall health than sitting back and arguing whether or not LP does something."
