HID device is a HID device. It either falls into two categories, analog HID or HID mouse, or HID keyboard.
Which means gryo, joystick, controller, pen pad, etc all fall under analog HID,
And mice fall I to HID Mouse. There's only two types of control in video games.
Your stuff passes through the Windows HID libraries which likely makes it fall under HID analog, and your settings are for a controller in game.
EULA doesn't cover input outside of HID, if your device wasn't HID it wouldn't register In the game. So no your HID - Human input device , is not against EULA.
