Comments on Seer's changes

After being weakened again and again, Seer lost his strength and appearance.And it is disappointing that the next version of Season 26 is still unchanged.I have some comments on this for reference。I believe that some small reworks can raise Seer's pick rate again. Reverting Hill's tactical skill to a version where silence and interruption healing effects coexist and can be stored twice (silence includes hero passives, such as Ash's dash and Lifeline's D.O.C. reviving teammates), and modifying the ultimate skill to show the enemy range reduced to a radius of 5 meters. Then switch the tactical skill and ultimate skill and appropriately adjust the skill cooldowns. The evolution of skills would revolve around the slow effect of the ultimate skill and its duration, while the tactical skill would focus on its duration and display range. These changes can significantly enhance Seer's offensiveness and better adapt to the current fast-paced meta. I believe these changes can bring Seer back to a normal strength level and increase his pick rate.
