Hello, manager! I need help! I have an objection to my ban. I hope I can save something through you. Can you help me prove my innocence? I really need help. The thing is, I received a banned email from your company at about 5: 00 a.m. on July 7, but I was very confused. Because my last game date was June 30, I appealed. I contacted customer service six times, and I tried everything. The anti-cheating team still refused to change its decision, so I needed an explanation from the anti-cheating team and asked you to help me.

    If our TOS team has declined your appeals @akbcar then there is nothing that we can do to change this.

    From March to present, I have been banned with 3 accounts. The accounts were banned when they buy something after everytime.

    I don't know why.

    Because when I play Apex Legends, I general running QQ(such a SNS app), Discord, Riot Client, Ghub and Wallpaper Engine. I really understand, these softwares witch one will violate the EA rules.

    I really love this game. I spent a total of 3000 dollars for this game, even it banned my account three times.

    I never use something to cheat.

    I really need to understand, why my accounts haven been banned, that I can find the reason to make sure my account won't be banned next time.

    If EA's staff see this subject, thank you guys work hard for this game, and wish you can help me find the reason why my account has been banned.

    I try to sent a case, that's useless.

    I spent half year salary for this game, I really love it. I really need to know the reason, or maybe I will be banned next time when I buy something Apex Legends' item

    By the way, when I second time banned, I buy a new mouse(GPX), I used GPW before

    When I third time banned, I buy a new keyboard(Wooting).

    If these device will make account be banned, please tell me too. Thank you.

    The TOS just give me the same reply like bot, I really need a real man to solve my prolem
