I Was Hacked and Banned

Hello, I don't know how much help the community will be with this issue, but I have tried everything. About three years ago I was banned from Apex Legends. I have tried opening cases, live chat, and I even contacted BBB(lol), but still no avail. I am making this post to hopefully get someones attention from the ToS team. I legit don't know what to do. There is also an unknown xbox account on there that I cannot unlink. I looked up the account on the xbox app and it has no gamerscore and no games played. I don't know if that means it was banned or what. Anyways, I am just trying to find a different solution possibly because all of my cases just get auto declined and I have like 4 heirlooms on that account. Appreciate any help!!
