Log in error

I dont know how long it takes to get a respond, i posted yesterday about how I have been having troubles logging in and when it logged me in it had reset stuff i had, I was playing today as well and it logged me out again and i kept having troubles getting in. 7 hours later after work I still cant get back in. Any fix on me being able to play or getting my stuff back?

@bradleeeeeh If you still missing in-game items or currency you will want to reach out to an EA Advisor for them to further investigate.

I play on xbox, now i am able to play, it randomly sends a matchmaking error everyonce in a while and kicks me but other than that i can log on, And when i wasnt able to log in did it like not save my stuff or reset it?
