apex coin unavailable

This just started happening to me too. So I went to buy some coins on the origin store to try and get around it and now they aren't showing up!

When i want to buy apex coins, it says that they are unvailable, plus help, ty.

I was about to buy some Apex coins today, but according to the in game store, they are unavailable.
I have restarted the game and restarted my pc. Didn't work (and i doubt it's my PC's fault or the games fault)

I am playing Apex through steam.

So i am asking if the devs are aware of that issue, because i want to buy the Thrillseekers Mirage skin from the store, but i can't get coins for it

Thanks for the reports, folks. This is something we're currently looking into. 👍

Hey everyone,

The issues with buying Coins on Steam should be fixed now. If you're still having any trouble please give us a shout.

Hi, during the coin availability issues I purchased 2000 coins through the origin client and they still have not appeared in my inventory. Origin says the transaction is complete and my items have been delivered.

Hey @NemesisPrime1984,

Were you logging into the game through Origin to check for those coins as well, or are you launching from Steam?

If you haven't already, try launching Apex from Origin to see if those show up for you then.

If you're still not seeing them, the system may be just doing a bit of catch-up from earlier. If that takes more than 24 hours to appear in-game, just reach out to an advisor and they'll be able to make sure you get those coins.

Hi @Siluman03,

Are you currently using a VPN? If so, can you try disabling it to see if that helps?

Hi, the issue remains on my end.I tried using a VPN but didn't work.
