@Marge010 Out of all the maps, I think WE is the map that needs a looking into.

For me, there is too much open space, you seem to find yourself constantly running around on it and for me it's just not all that.

Personally, I think they need to give it an 'overgrown' look, kind of like a jungle. I also think if they added in some sort of vehicle to the map it would be great too.

    WE is an amazing map. It to me is perfectly balanced as the places that are open do have quick re-positioning areas quite close. Kc is starting to bore me. WE is the only map i truly enjoy playing.

    @MandatoryIDtag Yep, that works for me too.

    Especially if there was a jungle effect and there was different types of animals that you could ride on.

    Worlds edge has so much potential as a map, I really think they could make it amazing. It's the largest map out of them all, with the correct balance of biomes it would be insane!

    @rockyboy1998 I'd be all for a futuristic tron motorcycle, but riding animals is what fortnite does with the taming of chickens, so a step too far in Apex for me.

    I'm all for the mirage train bouncers though, maby portable ones for the next octane ult buff😃

    Current leaks from Biast12 said that Olympus will have major changes at the start of the season and Worlds Edge will get a smaller map change at mid S9. I think the town takeover for the season will happen on WE when they said that it would be a smaller change at the middle of the season. I wonder if they’ll vault KC. Why can’t we just have all 3 maps rotating in pubs?

    All worlds edge needs is a meteor to completely destroy fragment. Leave a big empty spot right there.

    Yes I agree with you there. I honestly think if they made worlds edge have a large jungle biome in the majority of the open spaces it would really make a difference to the map.

    Hmm, I don't know. I'm not talking about taming anything, just having the option to ride on 'Prowler' type animals would be awesome. It just fits the theme / idea that I have for World's Edge.

    Hmm, I don't know. I get a bit fed up of them 'destroying' maps. I think Worlds Edge is in need of a serious make over, when I look at the map it seems like such as mess. I think a complete change to the map would be great, there's not enough consistency throughout the map and the biomes change too much as you're running through. Some area's are way too far away from others...

    @rockyboy1998 I say it because in pubs 12 teams all drop to streamer house and die before round one is half over. The maps only issue for me is that spot.

    @hayhor I know what you mean, but in a way, I think if worlds edge didn't have that then the games would go on for ages...

    The map is so big, it takes ages to get around, the rotations are like marathons.

    I hate playing ranked on WE its by far my least favourite map. It just frustrates me as the map has huge potential.

    @hayhor  The because streamer building is the true POI. 

    Name me a better spot on the map to repeatedly land die rage rinse and repeat? 😛

    If the rotation is staying, it'd be back to KC and WE.  I'm not sure if that's what's going to happen going forward, but that would be what's expected.

    The best version of WE was in season 5 to me and I don't like KC one bit so I'm not looking forward to it, but it is what it is.  Apex is heavily dependent, to me, on having good maps and a variety of them.  Given there's like 3 maps in 2 years, tho, what can they really do?

    World's edge has been confirmed that it's coming back and is also the rank map for the first split. Another thing is that WE will finally bring back the old bright blue sky from the S3 version of the map.

    @Cheese9Man At least that's something. Imagine a game where most people's favourite map isn't available to play on. 😂😂

    @Cheese9Man I thought I'd seen that WE was coming back too. Makes sense that it would be WE and Olympus given the trailer. I guess maybe it will be KC and WE in Season 10 unless a new map is on the way.

    @CCbathwater Is there a favorite map? I see lots saying they love KC. Then I see lots saying the love olympus. Then I see lots saying the love worlds edge. Then I see those that hate every one too.

    Personally I'd rate worlds edge on the bottom for pubs because of all the wannabe streamers that ruin the game by dying before the first ring is done resulting in 6 teams being left. It probably is the best map for ranked and competitive tho due to size, pois and cover.

    @CCbathwater For me it isnt as bad on the other maps because there are multiple popular POIs but for some reason that one stupid building on WE is the only place people go.

    @hayhor Really? On Olympus it's ridiculous. It's either Gardens or Estates, depending on the ship's rute. Had a game before with 7 teams jumping to Gardens. 7...

    @CCbathwater 7 is nothing. Fragment draws over half the lobby. 5 teams go to the one house and more than that surround it. People that like slow games and easy top 5s like it because they drop to the edges of the map. Personally I like a balance of fights and world edge is the least likely to have that for me.

    @hayhor Have no problems with half the lobby going to Fragment. It's always way worse on Olympus in my games. KC is actually better at the moment, people disperse alot, except when the ship starts over Crash Site.

    @CCbathwaterI have my fingers crossed my next WE experience is more like yours. 🤞

    And yeah it has become insane that KC is more balanced for me! Just shows that maps can be improved.
