lets put aim bot theory to rest

So let’s talk about what you call it ( aim bot ) and I will use this name just for you guys.

Let’s start with the pros of each input method

Note: this comparison is between PC VS console as most PC players want us (console aimbots) out of their lobbies which is perfectly fine by us if it happens

Let us start with PC

P.S : am not a pc player so I will just list what I do know

Pros :

High FPS compared to console: I believe that any PC that is capable to start this game can give 80 FPS minimum and nowadays some of these machines can get up to 360 FPS ( I know it’s not something that everyone can get ) so let us set an average of 120 FPS which is the double compared with the NEW GEN consoles ( PS5 – Xbox X ) locked on 60 FPS

Customization: PC players can adjust the settings of details which can affect the performance of the game, the fewer details you set it on the higher and smoother the game will become.

These settings are locked on console so you use what you have, there is no option to reduce or increase anything.

The result is high FPS fluctuation, stuttering, and tearing, in a fast passed online shooter game this is a big problem.

Imagine wraith with dark skin strafing in front of you leaving a ghosting effect in every step left and right she take,so as wraith says ( shoot this ) yeah good luck with that.

That will lead me to the next point

Display type ( monitor VS TV) : 99.9 of console players use TV and very less percentage use high-end TV with all the modern technology as an example: LG C1, CX or the new Samsung TV ( 1000 USD average ) while any 300 to 500 USD monitor will have all the techs that a gamer needs, BFI, VRR, high FPS and the most important is the low input lag and the high response time.

I cannot count how many times I try to see my enemy who is 100 meters away on my 32 Inch tv but I couldn’t see them just because it’s either a dark scene or the target is hidden by a flashy background or just because of the low resolution, their pixels got fused with a rock or a box which they are hiding behind

Movement :

1-looting: PC players Can loot and swap a broken shield while jumping, running, sliding, strafing

Console…… haha, do you know how long it takes a console player to swap shield ( not less than 3 seconds for good players )

First long press to access the box, then DRAG the crosshair to the items menu, then you have to scroll down to shield section,

Press swap then exit the box

I will make it simple: imagine that you are allowed to scroll a web page using keyboard up and down arrows only instead of using the mouse scroll button or using the page slider, it’s the same feeling

2-turning and looking around, well…… try turning 180 to look behind you using a thump stick VS one flick of a mouse (drag VS snap)

3- Mouse aim and controller aim cannot be compared: there is nothing to be compared

The ability to change targets, tracking with a mouse is nothing like a controller and it will never be the same and it will never be as good as using a mouse.

To the people who got ThinkPad laptops,  tell me how it feels moving the mouse pointer using the track point or even the touchpad VS mouse, it’s a very easy comparison

4-long range fights:   do I really need to explain this ????? nah , just simple words ( point and press)

Now lets talk about console .

Ok let’s see, umm……..first it’s cheaper to buy a console XD

2-no hassle of downloading games and no compatibility issues or corrupted files problems, just download and play

3- AIIIIIIM BOTTTTTT .bot.. bot..bot…bot

I will not talk about it much as I know most PC players will just disagree, so what this ( aimbot ) does

1- It DOES NOT lock on target

2- It DOES NOT snap on target

3- It is not AUTO AIM

Simply, if your aim is good enough to aim correctly at your target it will just SLOW DOWN the crosshair around this target as long you are manually, correctly AIMING at the target

Yes I know, we all saw the video of some people in firing range with someone moving left and right in front of an aimbot and the crosshair is moving without intervention from other players.

I don’t know in which scenario that is going to be useful, even an lvl1 newbie not going to come in front of the enemy player and move an inch to the left and inch to the right while his enemy standing still and letting this aimbot aim for him.

Also, this (aimbot ) will not turn the aim away and follow the target as it moves, once the target is out of the center of the crosshair then you have to aim at the target again to have it activated and we are still talking about this ridicules face to face scenario 1-meter range.

Once the target is 5 or 10 meters away then the only thing you will get is the slow down effect which will be completely useless on 50 meters and above range

So the million dollar question is, is there any PC player out there ready to give up at least the PC movement ability ( not mentioning the other pros ) in exchange for this aimbot?

Another question, if the controller aim is so powerful to a degree that it’s a huge advantage then why don’t all PC players just buy a controller for 30 USD or high end 200 USD controller (which is still way cheaper than a medium quality mouse and keyboard ) and become the gods of Apex?
