I only said 2 times * in 2 years. But i didnt know it was so punishing to say thats. Become crazy .... They just steal from me 2000hours and 300€+ and my others games on the account ofc. They disconnect me from EA server. I ask if its forever ban they dont answer... They answer me like robot without humanity ... Like i said i never cheating of my life. I just said 2 times <> in 1 year and i didnt know ... if i know its real insult i never say thats. Please give me back my account. We need find compromise or give me suspension month instead i dont know ... but its make me crazy. I cant handle it seriously.
2000 hours account and maybe 300€+ injected
But they just steal it from me. I think about write to respawn but i dont know if it changes something. And PLEASE EA DO NOT ANSWER ME ON THE THREAD FOR SAY U CAN OPEN A TICKET. U need to know I open like 30 ticket with 2000-3000 words. Wise words with apologize etc ... But they dont care they just continue to answer me like robot without a once of humanity.
Honestly, Its not fair how they threat peoples ... They just steal to me 2000hours of my times and 300€ + ... Without an explication or a prevention warning ... nothing. And when u ask to do something ... they dont. TOS team is an IA ? Answer me because i really became crazy about that.

Hey @rocKfellerrRr,
If your account has been actioned for a particular word, please don't repeat that on the forums, especially if you're having to bypass a profanity filter in order to do so.
I'm afraid we're not able to review any account bans or actions on the forums. From what you've said it sounds like you've already submitted multiple appeals, but if that's not the case you're welcome to submit another appeal so our Terms of Service team can review that again.
If you've already reached the maximum number of appeals and our ToS team decided not to remove the action, that decision is final and not something we'll be able to change or further review on the forums either.
