GData Security Antivirus / Untrusted file GDAMSIx64.dll

Question

I am at a loss and no matter how much I goggled different variants I can't find anything on this issue. My GData Antivirus program had a patch yesterday and I can't login into Apex anymore ever since. I tried loading up the game today and I am greeted by the "Register, you need an account to play the game" menu. When I close the game I get hit with this error message as seen here Error [Imgur.com]. Looks like Apex' Anticheat and GData don|t get along anymore. I have no idea about any of this stuff. Maybe someone can help me out here? ☹️

the only thing I found about untrusted files was this website link Apex Legends untrusted system file error: What is it and how to fix it [Dexerto.com] . I followed the instructions but it didn't help.

I assume if you disable Gdata it all works again? @KCLucky  I would recommend reaching out to Gdata about their latest patch./Atic

Hii had the same issue with bf2042i reached out to G DATA and got following answer:there is an issue with an microsoft certificate which will block gdata in easy anti cheat.only way to fix it until easy anti cheat changes something:1. Install "old Version" of GDATA&nbsp;you can use following links or ask the support chat from gdataTotal Security:Klicken Sie hier, um die G DATA Total Security herunterzuladen.Internet Security:Klicken Sie hier, um die G DATA Internet Security herunterzuladen.2. Install it but when asked to "update to new version" decline!3. you can use your account / licence key no problem &amp; also Update all the virus signatures is no problem but you should not update the "engine / program version" until G Data will get a fix and notifies us.hope it helps kinda late 😉best regards
