Stutters after last update on high end pc

Is it just that specific instance or through out matches aswell?

Because with the clip you provided, I know from personal experience that whenever I load into the firing range packet loss is always around 80% no matter what but it goes away after a few seconds. Could you perhaps turn on performance display and check that?

Have you tried deleting the DXCache?
I always delete it after every update.

C:\Users\YourUserName\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\assets

3. This folder
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\D3DSCache

4. All contents of this folder
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\DXCache

And make sure to disable Nvidia Reflex in Apex settings.

If done this but it wont change a thing.
