I'm afraid we're unable to review or change any account information via the forums, sorry.

If you've tried resetting the password multiple times without any success, this sounds more like your PSN account is linked to an older or inactive EA Account.

At that point you would need to speak with support to locate and verify the account using your PSN before any changes can be made.

If they've been unable to verify the account or otherwise update the login or link information that's not something we'd be able to do either.

If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

    @EA_Mako Support were no help in finding a solution for this, they told me to post on this forum to see if someone here could help.

    I don’t understand how you can’t just see the linked accounts from your end and just fix it. If the account has been deleted and you can see it’s been for over 15yrs then surely someone knows how to make it disappear.
  • @Anonymous I have the same problem.And advisers are not hlelpful.They just keep question me the account ID without any solution.
