Hey so I bought apex coins through steam twice now and i have yet to see them in game. I tried steam support but they where no help, and i can not find a way to make a support ticket to EA (If thats even possible)

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your coins to appear in game. When did you buy them?
bought them over a month ago and haven't seen them yet and nor has steam been any help
Community ManagerIf it's been over a month, then clearly somethings gone very wrong. Its not something we can help with here on the forums, but if you gather your proof of purchase you should be able to reach out to our live support team via a chat about this.
that was no help they told me to go to steam and steam is telling me to go to you guys so i dont know what to do now
