Hi @xxfreeshroudxx, 

In the thread title you mention an EA account was banned? I'm sorry, I wish I had better news for you, but we can't help you figure out how to get around an account ban. All we can do for you is share a link to more information about bans, why they are added and how to appeal them if the rules weren't broken. We've complied information from EA Help articles together into this thread to create a helpful guide/FAQ. In terms of the Steam account-side of things, the support team can't help if there's a ban in place. Once a ban is overturned, the option to make account edits will return for both you and the support team. Please also keep in mind what they mentioned about that 6 month timer. It's true; there isn't a way to link up a Steam account to another again until that 6 month timer ticks over::

    @EA_Lanna Sorry for the wrong msg there but actually it's not banned. It's just that I used to play with my main EA account which was linked to my steam account and all of a sudden i got a in-game msg to connect EA which i did and it said that someone else steam account is connected to that EA account. So I unlinked it and now my main EA account has data which was before like 2-3 years ago when I played Apex legends. I am 65 level there which now I was 450+ level and lots of good stuff has been lost. Then I was playing with my main EA account from that 65 level where I got banned while playing cuz i was slaying enemy in low ranked lobby... It might be that what caused me to get banned. I don't know what is wrong. And also now I am playing in a new EA account and I have got this issue from like a week ago where It takes 10-15min to get in a normal game. I also tried to change server to singapore but when I return to the title screen once then changing server does something to the game where I can't see the server locations. And then it's like I can change server in the game for once then nothing can be done. I have played for like 5 hours today and it took so much time to matchmaking even in singapore server as there are lots of people playing there and I used to get in game in like 5-15seconds.

    @EA_Lanna So looking at it, I think just looking at the subject of the thread you replied to me because what I have written inside doesn't say much about the ban rather I was looking a way to get my main account which has a lot of ingame valuables that I have collected over the past few years. If this is how you guys provide feedback to us then it's very sad. Guess I will never be back again in EA. Steam support is the best to deal this kind of issues.
