Can’t Play, Constant Crashing

Since last week Saturday, my game has constantly been crashing. it works fine for two minutes in the lobby and then it crashes. When i ready up for a game, it crashes. This is a new thing, I haven’t had this issue before. Please help. 

I am on Xbox One S.
