Lose all progress because new EA account was linked in my steam

I create a new one Ea account for PS4 and my steam progress in old EA account has been lost. Can someone give it back to me or its gone forever?

In that case you'll need to reach out to live support. They might be able to help you unlink your Steam account before those six months are up:

They'll be able to look into this further for you, as we're not able to help with account unlinking here on the forums.

Hey @rozliatycukor,

I don't entirely understand what you mean. So you made a new EA account for your PlayStation, and now you're missing your Steam progress? Did you unlink your Steam account and link that to your new EA account as well?

@EA_QueenBee I create a new one EA account and involuntarily steam linked to my new EA on PC.

@rozliatycukor,

If you unlink your Steam account and link it back to your old EA account, you should get your old progress back, although there's no guarantees that it'll be able to recover everything. You should be able to unlink your Steam account via the following link:

Are you getting an error message or something like that when you try to unlink your account? Or what's the issue, exactly?

classically it connects me and I am level 1

Have you unlinked your Steam account from the new EA account and then relinked it with your old one?

@EA_QueenBee I cant cuz its says i have to wait now 6 months.
