This may be more of an issue for your ISP, but i'd definitely start by power cycling your router. Sometimes weird issues happen due to something cached locally.

I actually had a broadly similar issue myself this morning, I could play youtube and netflix without issue, but online games wouldn't connect. A quick power cycle sorted it, and hopefully it does you too.
