EA Help automated email

I got banned because of my steam name that I use for almost a year and then suddenly I got banned for it no warning

Our ToS team may use some templated replies to keep the information consistent for others in similar situations, but we do not use automated emails. Each appeal is reviewed by a different member of our Terms of Service team. They would simply be verifying whether the account broke the rules that resulted in the action being taken. If so, the ban would be kept on the account.

If you're seeing the same email repeatedly at this point, that sounds like our team has already completed three separate reviews and declined to remove a penalty. After that point you'd only be receiving the email letting you know the decision is final and not to expect further replies.

If it has reached that point, I'm afraid this cannot be changed through any other channels either.

From the looks of it, (as EA_Mako​ had mentioned already), those emails mean that the EA TOS Team had already reviewed the ban 3 different times and had decided to uphold the ban.

Then why they only send me same email over and over again and why steam name cause me permanent ban there not enough information they just send me that the cause of my ban is my steam name and when I try to appeal they just send same email over and over again and you expect me to believe that my appeal are being review when all I get from my appeal is same email no question ask nothing they just sent me the same email

What kind of customer support is that they just look at it and say nothing just send does same email 

My game progression, the thousand hours I spent playing apex all gone just because of my steam name that I have been using for almost a year like wtf
