Have you been seeing any of the in-game performance icons popping up around the time the FPS drops are happening? 

nope, just fps drop when i go to the fragment etc. it seems my fps dropped when i spawn at plane and went to place that has a lot of textures.

What does your CPU and GPU usage look like while Apex Legends is running? Are you seeing anything weird there? 

Gpu at 99-100% and cpu usage was at 35-50%..

I dunno what is the cause of fps drop. And i dont even change anything on my pc.

I mean how can i only get 30 fps at plane and 60-80 fps at fragment.

In before i got 128 avg fps at every situation.

Even i setting the graph at very low and using launch command as -high -fullscreen.

And my fps only drop at apex legends.

The other games running smoothly.

What resolution are you running the game in? Did you set a custom resolution? 

1080p. Even i tried to lower it. The fps drop still there.

Running the 6700 XT... should have around 150+ stable fps but I'm stuck at 70-80 fps and 40-60% gpu usage and it only happens in BR. Arenas and firing range GPU usage is normal (~90%). There was an update in December around the 10th, and since then my fps has been trash and I've been thinking its my GPU however this only happens in Apex.

YEP , season 10th broke my fps. so i dont play apex anymore till new fix/season.
