Purchase not successful

I bought the battle pass and it’s processing since 3 hours and it said maximum 30mins . I didn’t receive the battle pass after money has been transferred

    If it was through the EA App, you can contact EA Support, (otherwise you would contact the support team for the platform you had bought the Battle Pass through).

    Furthermore, if you had bought the Battle Pass through the Apex Legends Official Store, you would need to log into the game through the EA App in order for the Battle Pass to activate, (otherwise you would need to log into the game through the platform you had bought the Battle Pass through, (as in, if you had bought the Battle Pass through Steam, you would launch the game through Steam for the Battle Pass to activate)).

    Lastly, did you buy the Battle Pass for the correct EA Account? (If you did buy the Battle Pass for the wrong EA Account, it sadly cannot be merged or transferred to another EA Account).
