    @EA_Illium I've recently switched to PC-Steam, but i was on Origin and switched cause i thought it might fix the issues actually, but yea have problems on both clients.

    EDIT: looking closer it seems like the apex server is assigning me to a US server (see file attached)? But that doesnt explain why i lag when my friend who lives close doesnt. And why would it give me a US server when ive picked amsterdam data center.

    Hi @Sodapoof Thanks for this information can we try the following steps to see if we notice any improvements, it looks like in some of the hops in the UOTrace that the end starts seeing higher ping times, changing any of the following might make a difference.

    @EA_Illium Hello again,

    Unfortunately i've already tried changing dns, doing a speedtest and all the other stuff in the guides.

    Today i got on and enabled DHCP, second game or so i get 200 ping+ so that didnt seem to work. Everything under proxy server were already unticked so thats not it either.

    Concerning a static ip, unfortunately it costs money and it feels like im playing whackamole trying to fix the issue, so id rather not pay for something thats unlikely to even fix the issue.

    Do you think the issue lies with my ISP? (However id like to say that ive never had high ping before its exclusive to apex)

    id like to know whats even causing my high ping, just been trying random stuff to fix it and nothing seems to be working, any idea what the problem might be? If you need any additional info or whatever id be happy to provide it.
