Duplicate apex packs and missing coins

I’ve been having problems with the store, from coins never going to my account after being charged and paying for apex packs just to receive duplicate items. From what I’ve read everyone says you will never get duplicates, which is great until I bought 10 apex packs for $20 and received at least 5 items I already own, so what did I just spend my Money for? And I’m still waiting for my 2000 coins to hit my account and it’s been 2 weeks since I paid, and of course microsoft says no on a refund

    Hey @michaelboyd84,

    You definitely shouldn't be getting duplicate items in packs; do you recall which items those were, by chance?

    If you've been waiting longer than 24 hours for coins to reach your account, please be sure to reach out to support directly so we can assist.

    This is not something we're able to do via the forums, but if you grab some screenshots of this proof of purchase info and contact an advisor directly, they'll be able to check into that further for you.

    I submitted the proof of purchase, and as far as the items go I’d have to look when I get home but it was def 2 rare character skins I believe a loba and maybe lifeline or Bangalore and 1 or 2 weapon skins. I’ll take a look
