I got 4k damage but didn’t get my badge?

I’ve been trying to figure this out for a couple days now and would really appreciate any help to get this issue resolved! I dealt well over 4k damage in a regular pub game as shown in the picture i shared and it is still saying i have 3,786 damage as my career highest but it shows 4,224 as my highest for this season. Help this make sense please! lmao

    Damage on downed players counts, but does the damage against knockdown shields count? How much of that was against knockdown shields?

    I was told a few weeks or so ago that this was being looked into, so this bug might still be a thing.

    Not really sure what they're doing about it now, though I do believe they are aware of it.

    @KyldenarKnock downs to not count as damage or recorded damage being done. Only a flesh thirst will grant the damage.
