@KyldenarMatchmaking is broken in basically every game though lol. Its not just an apex issue. They all prioritise the new player experience over the general health of the game
In every game i play they all purposely match good players with bad players. They expect the 1 good player to make up for the brand new people who dont know how to play. That way the new players can just mess around and get free wins and feel like they are doing stuff while its the experienced player who has to sweat their butt off non stop.
if a new player joined and they couldnt get wins because they suck they would just quit. By matching them up with good players it gives them the illusion they are doing good and makes them stick around when in reality they are doing nothing and its the 1 person on the squad who has done 3000 damage while they are <100 who is doing everything.
dont think i have played a team based game where that isnt true. Apex, fortnite, overwatch. They all do it. They have all started to hide your ranks now as well so you can’t actually see what level people are on your team. They just want you to sit there keep your mouth shut and carry the noobs so they spend money
