Banned after i update launcher and game but havent played apex in over a year?
I have not played apex in over a year, had to update the launcher since they stopped using origin and after a 140 gig update, 2.5 hours later i get in a game and says im banned? Confused on how this happened. and it tells me i have no ban history. Feels like this is a sign not to play this game ever again but wont let mem play the BF2 game i paid for because of it as well.. Thats what irritates me. No way to get help from the ToS team since there is no history. Feels like you dont want me to play anything on your servers anymore

Not all bans show up in your ban history (especially game specific ones), but if you've been banned you can always reach out to our terms of service team via the webform in the following article:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
They'll be able to take a look into this for you.
