Xbox account linked to a random EA account

When I go to link my xbox account to my EA account it says it is already linked to an email I do not know of then gives me a link to follow for support. After clicking this link all it does is send me in circles and does not allow me to properly contact a human support staff. How can I contact a human employee?

Hey @Content14,

If you don't recognize or have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look at the situation further.

I can’t create a case. Says my sons xbox is linked to another ea account but it is a random email. When i try to create a case it goes to a blank page. Ive tried from 3 devices
