Account Banned
Since my account was banned for a few days, the first step was to replace my desktop motherboard. The second step is to replace the hard drive on your desktop computer. While waiting for the replacement, I created an account using my laptop and played the game, but after creating it this afternoon, I'm still banned from using it.
Do I really need EA to tell me why my account keeps being blocked?
I really just want to play this game, but I've paid to have the hardware replaced and am banned from using it.
EA please don't just tell me to block the account, I need a reason.

I spent a lot of effort, but the company blocked it directly without giving any reason.
The continued lockdown is really unfair
If the company can't help me solve this problem
I will continue to publish my articles on major social platforms to let many APEX fans know how I am treated.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you'd like to raise a dispute to try to get unbanned, you can always reach out to our terms of service team. They can take a look at this for you.
