I messed up and need help badly I unlinked my main Xbox account from it's original EA account and relinked it to my ps one I'm barley seeing it was a bad choice and I won't be getting cross progression I really don't wanna lose my Xbox progress is there anyway i can keep my xbox progess and skins on my ps instead

Hello @Br4v0122, unfortunately, if you didn't have both the Xbox progress and PS progress on one account, there is no way of getting the full Xbox account merged with your PSN account. If you want your Xbox progress and items back, after unlinking the account, please connect it to the original EA account that it was linked to.

Last question Is there anyway of me getting access to my Xbox account on ps instead my Xbox is broken I only have a PlayStation and all my old season skins and heirloom are in my Xbox account I really want access to that account instead of my ps account

@Br4v0122 Forgot to mention I lost access the the ea account I made my apex account with after I unlinked it that's why I'm just asking if there is a way I can keep my Xbox account progress on ps if not it's ok R.I.P my 1 and only heirloom and all my cosmetics

Hello @Br4v0122,

if you lost access to the EA account, please contact EA Support and try to regain access to that account. They might also be able to help you relink the Xbox account to the original EA account it was linked to - if you then linked a PSN account to that EA account, you would be able to play on PSN with your Xbox account.

Without connecting the Xbox account with the original EA account, there is no way of getting your Xbox items on your Playstation.

Last question sorry but who do I contact exactly and where to get my problem resolved I went on ea help left a case but there was no contact info so idk if I did it right

hi i just update of Apex and the stuff that i bout deen not show up I was a lev 14 now lev 1 showing i pay out 80 dallers for summer skins the pack skins and other skins. it like new game all my stuff is gone byby. so find what went wrong in the game files please.
