Re: False positive bans

After few email exchanges, I received this email:

Thank you for sharing your concerns with me, as I have checked your previous cases and you are request is towards Right To Be Forgotten. As I have located one account with email - [edit: email address removed]. So let us know is there any other EA account which you want to delete with RTBF. If yes, then please share the details from the below template -

If you are making a request related to a mobile game, ensure that you collect the relevant Mobile IDs.
If you play Real Racing 3 or Need for Speed: No Limits, you’ll also need the Cloudcell ID and the Cloudcell Device ID.
If you play The Sims Freeplay, you’ll also need you Player ID and Cloudcell ID.

I asked for a copy of all my personal data and the support service pretends that I asked for my "Right To Be Forgotten". Make sure that you carefully read every email you receive !.
