I use Sundance with incidary grenade and SFAR with grenade launcher. I see hit marks and numbers from grenade damage on enemy - they don't count for the weekly mission. I see enemy in close combat, I have grenade equipped, I click left mouse button - nothing happens and 1s later I'm dead. Grenade throw not counted by server. Really nice performance again DICE and EA. Thanks for nothing.

Had the same issue with hits from underbarrel launchers not counting (tried with the SAFR and M16), but I guess that technically they are attachments. Hand-thrown grenades seemed to work and in the end I completed it with frags against the AI.
Same. Along with a few others in the regular full xp game conquest and breakthrough i believe...and then I went to a moderate game in portal after and did the same thing. Yesterday as well. But in portal I got Ribbons instead of counts on moderate. Lol
I'm having this issue currently on PS4. It was tracking grenade damage until about the last 15%. Other weeklies are tracking just fine on the same moderate XP server I always use for missions.
