Everyone keep commenting, only way to keep it active. Still not working after the update, can we at least be told how to get refunds?

I think some patience is needed here. They have acknowledged the bug and said that it will be addressed in an upcoming title update.

That patch on Tuesday wasn't a major update, more like a tuning patch.

I am wanting to get the audio issues fixed as much as anyone, but give them the time they need to fix it properly and not bring new issues to the game.

@tanner197569  then this thread should not be marked as resolved then right? Not trying to argue at all, but we have not received word at all regarding any sort of ETA on when the issue may be resolved. I think that's why so many people are frustrated, that's awesome that they acknowledged the issue (albeit it took over a week), but we should at least get some sort of "Hey we are expecting to have this fixed by (INSERT DATE). Thank you for your patience." For all we know this fix is weeks if not months away, which would be completely unacceptable IMO. The game only has a shelf life of about a year (until the next version comes out), a feature that was advertised to us, not being available for an extended amount of time should minimum warrant a ETA. I just wish there was some method I could go about a refund at this point because I truly think the fix will be at minimum a month or two away. 

@TheFinesseDaddy  I agree I can’t fully enjoy the game like this playing as fsu doesn’t sound right when the crowd has no warchant I would also like a refund because this should have been a priority and fixed already or have been said it will be fixed in this amount of time I also wish there was a refund option I also feel we have been patient early release was 11 days ago and the official release was a week ago that’s to long for a bug this big on a whole platform to not be fixed or to not have a eta on a fix

@xSpIashh-- I agree man, all we can do is keep commenting I guess asking for updates. Really wish this thread would be re-marked as not resolved. I think it is so unbelievably misleading and disingenuous to have it marked as resolved when there is no resolution or ETA announcement. If you figure out a refund method please let me know

Is this war chant still an issue after the last update for xbox series s?  If is isn't, I am still having issues with it not working.  Sound in general.  Some songs are cut short or not played at all.

Any updates to this issue?  Have they even figured out why it is only a problem on Series S yet?

Still no fix or announcement of a ETA of when we can expect a resolution. So completely unacceptable from EA, can we get any sort of information on a refund? 

The more teams that I have played with, the more sound issues I've noticed on Series S. 

Some songs just don't play at all and others play sometimes, sometimes not.
