NOTG opportunity packs

Purchased the NOTG Opportunity Bundle which gives 8 opportunity packs and 91+ player. In one of the opportunity packs which either gives a 1x 80 OVR Rare Player or 1x 94 OVR NoTG LTD I received a 94 Isiah Bond Instead of a NOTG LTD. For the 91+ player I got  Tyleik Williams. Contacted customer support and they told me to post here. Any explanation or help would be greatly appreciated!
