Re: Missing player

Still missing my player from a pack I opened on Christmas Day, 95 overall alpha khan. I’ve chatted with ea advisors 6 days in a row. 

in another thread someone had the same issue with Reggie Bush going missing. Also has had the same interactions as I’ve had with ea advisors. Post to the forum and “hope” the dev team can help. I’m tired of waiting. I want answers. I want my card or I want to be reimbursed with something so I can buy the card.

    Same thing happened to me.  I saved the video on PS5, EA wouldn't let me upload it,  they said the video was too big.  Chats have been no help and the people in here have no power to help us.  I'm surprised one of them hasn't popped on and told you that yet.  Looks like we consumers once again get the shaft.

    I’m on Xbox. But either way it shouldn’t happen. And if it does, it needs to be fixable.

    as I’ve said numerous times, if we were to be a streamer or content creator or especially if we were employees of EA, the situations would have been fixed. Which means, it is fixable, they are choosing not to help us.

    i will say, i will never spend another $1 on any of the in game currencies through EA. If this had happened in a real money pack i would be even more irate that I am now. Which is what happened to the person that I mentioned that pulled Reggie bush. 

    So ea. where’s the answers? When will we be credited with our players we opened in packs? Clearly this has happened to multiple people which is what you said needed to happen. The longer this goes on more cheated we feel.

    @45251504fe6a0cb9 EA's ability to resolve any issues is becoming laughable. Each time I open a ticket now on EA Help they say they are going to resolve....then come back and say it is known issues that we are aware of and are addressing as quickly as possible (issues since October....yea right...they are working on it) They still haven't fixed the ability to use the GENERATE BEST LINEUP bug since Season 2...or better yet they say we should come post on AHQ and then the advisors here will see it and respond and bring attention to the teams.....then if an AHQ advisor even responds they say to open a EA Help ticket......a never ending circle of passing the buck most likely in hope that each of us will just give up.

    I'm so frustrated with them and EA's total lack of communication about anything related to this game.

    Still no response…. Can’t even respond to a topic literally with their names in it. 

    ea, stop cheating your players.

    @jahf0rce  yep. And I still have not received the EA Play packs from September, October, November, December... I know I am not buying College 26, the way they treated us during this entire release has turned me away from their products. Like you said, we open a ticket, the ticket gets closed with no solution, they tell us to post here and the guys here working for EA cannot help us they tell us to open a ticket.

    @45251504fe6a0cb9 Same - I know these packs have cards that I wouldn't use, but it would be free training. Oh, and it is promoted by EA as a perk. The stubbornness of EA to not make right for something they promote or for FREE cards is beyond stupid.

    On the EA Loyalist packs, I was told it is a known issue and they are working on it, yet they want me to check back every 72 hours and reopen the case. Each time I do, I'm asked to provide proof that I have EA play and monthly billing. The EA help advisor will spend 30 minutes researching each time and come back to say "Nothing we can do, known issue.....please check back in 72 hours...." - If it is a known issue why hasn't EA just said that? Whoever is in charge of customer support and communication at EA needs some basic training on communication. It isn't that hard. In my software platform I'm responsible for, we simply put in-app messaging when we are having known issues. Guess what? Customers are happy to know that it is known and being worked on.

    Out of the principal of it, I'll keep reopening tickets for the EA Loyalist and the FREE Restrepo Card, that I still haven't received. Again, not going to use it but it isn't right for all the CFB 25 players who have paid money and spend time playing this game to not get what they are entitled to.

    Yupp. The fact that ea is basically cheating their players should be an issue. I don’t care if it’s 1 player or 10 players or 1,000,000. Every person deserves to play the game equally. And when 1 doesn’t, ea is cheating. 

    so ea dev team, can we get answers?

    Just reopened my cases again at EA Help (it's a weekly habit) - Same story different day - Post on the Forum and an EA Advisor will respond and help you out. I've yet to have an EA advisor respond. I've even messaged them directly, see they read it and nothing. 

    Any communication or acknowledgement would be greatly appreciated.

    At this point I think they hope we will just stop asking for what we rightfully deserve, which at minimum is reimbursement for the players we are missing. 

    good news, I will stop, I won’t play any UT titles after this disaster. 

    when does GTA come out? 🙂

  • I have up on it. They win, but they also lost because not only me , but many other people I talk to are done with ea, I’ve spent way too much money to get dicked around over this. Bye ea you won’t be missed.
