Tip from NBA 2k: Allow "customizable HUD" (fatigue, player icon, etc)

NBA 2k added a really cool feature this year:  Customizable HUD.

This allows the user to customize what they will see around their player.

For example, you can move or remove the fatigue bar, abilities.  Shrink, change the color of the player indicator.  Amazing options, I wish this came to CFB25 or CFB26.

    @UtahUtes32 This would be amazing. I'd (metaphorically) kill just got the color change. But this much would be even better.
