Re: Games missing from bundle

Same problem here. Got:

• Command & Conquer™ and The Covert Operations™
• Command & Conquer Red Alert™ 2 and Yuri's Revenge™ 
• Command & Conquer Red Alert™, Counterstrike™ and The Aftermath™
• Command & Conquer™ The Ultimate Edition Additional Content
• Command & Conquer™ Tiberian Sun™ and Firestorm™

Does not show up:

• Command & Conquer™ Generals and Zero Hour
• Command & Conquer™ Red Alert™ 3 and Uprising
• Command & Conquer Renegade™

Bought separately:

• Command & Conquer™ 3 Tiberium Wars™ and Kane's Wrath
• Command & Conquer™ 4 Tiberian Twilight

Order history says "Processing" but people tell it could take long time, could you speed up?

I had the free RA2/YR pack actually going from "Completed" back to "Processing", so there are definitely some issues on EA's side.

If the problem persists, I advise you to follow the steps EA_Nils detailed in this thread, to get it sorted out:

 I'm just a volunteer who's been given some extra forum privileges for my efforts here. I don't work for EA, so I can't access your game account details 😉

No problem, games eventually were added to my library next morning. I even opened refund case out of frustration. 🙂 Its unusual experience that games aren't added right away after awesome Steam customer service. Thanks for help anyway.

@Dim0ndus Well, I never had any issues with it (except for the recent disappearance of the free RA2/YR bundle, though the fact I got The Ultimate Collection anyway kind of makes me not care too much about that), though I have to admit that, except for some Humble Bundle stuff, I don't own a single game on Origin that I didn't somehow get for free 🤓
