Community AdminPerhaps there is some interference from your security software. Some of them can be active even when the machine is started with a Clean boot.
Another option is to try a Safe Mode with networking reinstall/repair, with Origin running as an administrator.
I tried repairing it, that didnt work. So I reinstalled it and tried again and it still didn't work.

Community AdminIf you check your Dragon Age install folder, is there a SpeedTreeRT.dll present? Do you have full write access on that drive?
The default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age\bin_ship
There is a SpeedTreeRT.dll file there and the file is accessable so im really confused as to why its saying that the file is missing.

Community AdminCan you try removing this file(pop it in a backup folder or something) then run the repair process again, and see if this has any effect?
