Re: I didnt receive any reward from GDI Race

@EA_HighCommandHi EA, I had the same problem two days ago. I got 1st place in the Nod race and should have received a collosal crate. However, I was watching the ranking chart the entire time until the race ended.  The race ended and the crate never showed up on my screen. My PersonaID is 1004038088344

I encountered this issue today, contacted customer support and they stated they didn’t have the permissions to view those details in my account. I competed in the GDI and NOD rivals races which ended today. I placed first in both games and I was only able to collect the rewards from the NOD Rivals Race. While waiting for the GDI Rivals Race to end I noted that my score was 3246 (1st place) and the player behind me had 3216 points. I last checked those points when there were less than 30 seconds remaining in the event. After that time elapsed and before looking at the leaderboard to or collecting my colossal crate, my game crashed. When I went back into the game, the banner for the event was no longer present, my coin level was the same and there weren’t any prompts to collect the colossal crate for the GDI event. It appears that the event rewards aren’t persistent across game sessions until the user collects those rewards.
