For some reason I can't download the toolset for dragonage origins

So, I've registered my game and tried to download the toolset but for some reason I am unable to download it

When I get to this point the webpage says that the website can't be reached. I've tried with several browsers but it just doesn't work (yes, my internet connection works just fine and I don't have any firewalls on) Does anyone know how to fix this?
