Orlesian + Dalish Lore Requisition quests broke my requisition drops and quests

It's the requisitions in general not just that one. I have 2 i cant finish. Ferelden locks won't drop for the life of me in Hinterlands and the spider glands won't drop on the Storm coast.  Definitely a frustrating situation.

There is a cave to the south of the Dalish camp. Above the Waterfall with the wolf statue.

Freemen will spawn within that cave. You can force them to respawn by 'clearing' it out and going back to the dalish camp and running back down to the cave. I was also able to force multiple spawns within the same trip to the cave by using the veilfire torch and going deep into the cave to a stone statue/shrine style formation.

It's how I was able to clear out that particular request.

Unfortunately, I also have one that needs malachite. And that isn't showing up anywhere for me anymore. (Already sold what was behind the hinterlands dragon. And there's no getting it back now.)

I've got a dirty little secret for getting the requisitions you want and avoiding the ones you don't. The Secret is this: Save your game before you start a new requisition, then talk to the requisition officer. To partly quote Reyn from Xenoblade Chronicles, "You see a future (requisition) you don't like," reload your game from the save point, "We'll change it together. Got it?". I was able to do the requisitions I wanted and completely avoid the ones I didn't want, or didn't want to do right now. Behold the value of Simple Solutions.

I cant find any freemen at all. They seem to have disappeared completely after I cleared the lodge or whatever it's called. 

@CowboyTwo1 Are there also no Freemen left in the Exalted Plains? I thought they stuck around there regardless of whether you cleared them out of the Emerald Graves. 

Modders have somewhat fixed this issue for PC (by making certain stores sell requisition items), unfortunately that's not an option for those on console or those on PC who don't want to use any mods. Luckily requisitions aren't necessary, and don't really give much in the way of reward, it's only an issue for those who want to completely clear out their quest journal.

Can find them in the Ancient Baths (?) west of the Dalish Elven camp.  I can still find the materials, just can't get the requisition quest to leave my list as it resets to 0/0

Exit the game, open Origin and right click the game then choose REPAIR. That will not affect your saves and, might not fix the problem but, it's worth a try.

Will doing a repair fix that i found all 15 landmarks in the western approach but it is only showing I found 14
