EA support wont answer my cases
i have a problem with jedi survivor, something i have tried to solve with diferent options but none has results, so i go to EA help and write them a case explaining my issue, a week after nothing, so i doit again and again and nothing, the put my cases as FIXED when noone got in touch with me, so am helpless on my issue.
Here is my problem, I bought Star Wars Jedi Survivor in the steam sales in January 2024, during this week I wanted to play, but when I start it for the first time an error occurs that does not open the game and enters a loading loop between steam and ea application, I tried everything to fix the error but I can not find any solution, also to try to start the game offline tells me that I need to renew the license of the game, I attach images of the problem.
pls someone help me find a solution, because ea has said nothing.
