EA APP FC 25 GAME FAILED TO PURCHASE

USE MY FRIEND CREDIT CARD FOR PURCHASING THE FC 25 GAME ON EA APP EVERY TIME THIS ERROR MSG SHOW .. PLZ HELP ME TO GET OUT FROM THIS ISSUE
