Application installer impossible, cause already installed

Summarize your bug Can't install EA Desktop because the installer thinks it's already installed. I had the application before, but after the EALauncher.exe and EAUninstall.exe disappeared, i tried to reinstall it. When i start the application installer it says "EA Desktop is already installed". If I click "Start EA Desktop" i get the error message "D:\...\EALauncher.exe couldn't be found". Uninstalling is also impossible, cause if i try, it says "EAUninstall.exe" couldn't be found". So i tried to remove all folder, which has "EA", "EADesktop" and "Electronic Arts". Also i removed all registry entries with the same keywords. Still the same message if i try to install it. The removing did only change two things: if i try to start the application, nothing happens, so no error message and in the list of programs and features EADesktop also disappeared. But can't install it anyway. Last but not least i contacted three customer services but all three wasn't able to solve this problem
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Remove the mentioned 2 exe-files, then u can find it also :D
What happens when the bug occurs? Like explained "EA Desktop is already installed"
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a working application installer, either "Install anyway" or "Remove old entries and install"
