repairing sims 4 game freezes and can't open app

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except cosy bistro and rivera retreat.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At first I sold a super expensive ($400,000+) rental in Del Sol Valley and it quit my game with the error code 107:77dd1fbb:8a65f698. I could not get it to load so I tried to repair my game and then my mac ran out of battery and it is stuck repairing. I tried to cancel the repair but now it is completely frozen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Selling a super expensive rental causes the error code 107:77dd1fbb:8a65f698 and won't let me play the sim household that originally owned and sold the rental.
What do you expect to see? To access my sims.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I need to get my game fixed because of the rewards, I can't even see the sims 4 app in my EA app because it is not loading at all. I get a pop up that runs across the top of the app apologizing for the slow loading but it never actually loads.
