How to turn off in-game overlay in the EA App - Mac

Hi there, I'm having issues in game and all answers I see are telling me to turn off the in-game overlay in the EA App. When I go to applications and scroll to the bottom, there isn't anything to do with the overlay at all (see picture attached). I'm running Sims 4 on a mac, have multiple expansion packs and custom content installed. I have tried repairing my game but nothing changes. Please can someone let me know what's wrong, is this process different for macs? Thank you 🙂
