Re: Sims 4 DLC removed from account

I purchased “Realm of Magic” on June 4, 2025, and it’s marked as Completed in my order history. But it is NOT showing up in my Sims 4 game or EA App at all. It did before and then today I went to play, and it was simply GONE and back in store available to purchase AGAIN.

I also had a failed purchase attempt on June 24 for the same pack, but the correct one DID go through on June 4 and I was charged $21.19. I’m logged in to the same account (mia_faxth) that I purchased it on.

Please fix this or help me redownload it, because right now it looks like I paid for a pack I can’t access whatsoever.

    the payment went through, and was marked as COMPLETED in my order history. However, now it’s been removed from my account with no refund and marked as ‘fraudulent.’ This is a mistake. I used a legitimate payment method, and I’m the one who made the purchase. I either want the pack reinstated or a full refund. Please escalate this if necessary.
