EA app not working, won't even open

I currently have a MacBook Air M1 and I've had the Sims this whole time with no issues but recently the EA app will not open whatsoever. I deleted it and reinstalled it still will not open. I also followed this tutorial https://bluebellflora.com/2024/04/04/ea-app-recovery-for-mac-reset-ea-app-by-clearing-cache-and-other-files-manually/  and it also did not open.
